We use only
sustainable fish, because we think it’s important to protect
endangered species. |
| Chips.
Our chips are
cooked not once, but twice, to get a fluffy inside and a crispy outside
and then seasoned in rosemary salt to give a unique taste. |
| Batter.
Made fresh
every day using our special recipe with beer from our local brewery,
to give it a great taste. |
| Mushy
Peas. We make
our own traditional mushy peas adding mint from our garden. |
| Lemons.
Char grilled
to give that great sweet taste. |
Tartar.
Made fresh
in the pub using dill from the garden.
And to finish off,
we wrap the lot in our own newspaper,
because we think they taste better that way!
We
make our own Lemonade
Made
with love and quite a bit of lemon squeezing, we make the most
fantastic homemade cloudy lemonade. Try a refreshing glass and
why not add a glug if premium vodka to add a bit of a kick?!?
